About FabricED

FabricED Tailoring School provides aspiring tailors with comprehensive vocational training through structured classes followed by hands-on internships. Our program equips students with the technical skills and practical experience needed to secure employment or start their own businesses. Many graduates go on to work independently, collaborate with peers, or join FabricAID’s tailoring facility as skilled professionals.

In addition to tailoring, we offer foundational English language instruction to enhance our students’ career opportunities and professional development.

Testimonials

"Before joining FabricED, I had no idea how to even thread a sewing machine. The instructors were patient and encouraging, and within weeks I was able to design and finish my own pieces. Thanks to the training, I recently started working at a local factory, and I finally feel like I have a career path ahead of me"

I joined FabricED with zero experience, but I left with skills that employers actually value. The internship they helped me secure after graduation gave me real work exposure. Now I have a stable job at a garment workshop, and I’m able to support my family.

The training at FabricED was more than just learning to sew it gave me confidence. The classes were hands on, and I learned how to use industrial machines for the first time. Today, I am -employed and and with a stable career.

I always wanted to work with my hands and create something useful. FabricED gave me that chance. The program taught me professional sewing skills and also how to manage time and work in a team. I’m now freelancing from home and taking small tailoring orders from my neighborhood.
